Upon joining Spring as a trainee, you can expect a salary of between £17,000 and £21,000 depending on experience and location. Spring also boasts one of the most attractive uncapped commission schemes in the recruitment market. In your first twelve months you can realistically achieve an OTE in the region of £25,000 - £35,000, however, with an uncapped commission structure there really is no limit on what you can earn.
