Vendor Programme covers the following directorates:

Spring supplies all of these directorates’ contingency staff through its own resources and the management of
qualified and managed 3rd party suppliers.

City & Guilds
Spring was originally appointed as Master Vendor of temporary staffing services to City & Guilds in 2001 and has
since implemented a full Managed Service Programme to deliver permanent, temporary and contractor staffing services.
The programme is managed by a Spring dedicated Account Manager, supported by Spring’s operational network and a
supply chain of Managed Vendors.

Echo
Spring delivers a Managed Service Programme to Echo for the provision of permanent, temporary and contractor staffing
services. The programme is managed by a dedicated Account Manager and supported by a team of Account Co-ordinators,
managing the supply of resources from Spring’s own operational recruitment network and a direct sourcing programme.
The programme focuses predominantly on Contact Centre personnel and manages a significant number of new permanent
starters every month as well as on-going and intermittent temporary and contractor requirements across multiple
disciplines
