As a Spring Personnel temporary worker, you’re entitled to 28 days paid holiday
leave per leave-year.
You qualify for holiday leave from the day you start your assignment, however you
can only take paid holiday that you have accrued. All holiday entitlement must be
taken during the course of the leave-year in which it accrues and none may be carried
forward to the next year. The holiday year is detailed in your contract for services.
